Click on My profile in the My WhatTalent box on the left hand side of the site and you’ll be given a drop down menu of the editable parts of your profile.
Click on Edit profile images and you’ll be taken to a page where you can upload multiple photos of yourself and select the one you wish to be shown on your profile (and everywhere else on WhatTalent) by giving it a weighting of -10.
This makes this image light as a feather, so it floats to the top, becoming your profile image. Magic!
