If you do not receive your registration email, panic not! There are a number of reasons this might have happened.
Are you sure you entered a valid email address? You probably did, but just asking! If you think you didn't, contact us and we'll help you out.
Have you checked your junk mail/spam filter? Sometimes junk and spam filters are not as smart as they ought to be. While we do our best to ensure our emails are on good terms with your email providers, sometimes communications from WhatTalent will get blocked by some email providers.
And sometimes the email provider is simply not available when we try to send the mail. In this instance the message can get lost in spaaaaace... If you think this might have happened, just click the "Request new password" link in the User Login box on the left of the page and re-enter your email address. The system will then try to send your registration email again.
